“The tour guide at the salt mine spoke with a muffled voice, so was difficult to listen too. The salt mines was an appropriate length of time (1.5 hours). The bus was comfortable and the driver Alex was very clear with instructions. The tour guide at Auzwitz was excellent and very knowledgeable. He spoke English with clarify and the pace of his tour was appropriate (Peter). We would have liked longer rest breaks, 10 minutes was short for lunchtime. Overall an excellent experience.”
